We are excited to announce that our pool has been re-grouted and acid washed.  We can't wait to see you at the pool this summer!

• Please be mindful of the posted speed limit in the subdivision, as kids and pets are at play. The posted speed limit is 25 MPH throughout the subdivision.
• Always be sure to clean up after yourself and your pets.
• Use driveways to park vehicles before using the streets. If too many vehicles continue to park on the streets, we will be looking at adding restricted parking (red) curbs.
• If you see vandalism or suspicious activity in the common areas, contact the police first and then the Board. The Board will happily follow up with the police.
• Be a part of the solution and consider joining the Board. The meetings are held on the first Monday of each month. Weather permitting, the meetings are held at the pool. Contact the Board to confirm the location.
