hate for you to have your closing delayed due to this oversight.
2. Keys
As you pass the keys to the house to the new Owner, do not forget
the key to the amenities (pool/tennis key).
3. Copy of the Covenants
Make sure the new Owner gets a copy of the Covenants or at the
least give them this website to get the documents so that they
are familiar with the rules of the neighborhood.
4. Forwarding Address
It would be nice to provide the HOA with your forwarding address
in the event that there are any loose ends that might need to be
handled.

It would be nice to have this information so that we can welcome
them here and make sure that they have everything that the need
to feel right at home.
