February 2, 2017 Minutes
Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m. by President Jon Willyard
Members Present:

Unfinished Business
- Repairs needed
- Basketball rims are a safety issue
- Court will be closed until repaired due to liability
- Board unanimously approves Jon to purchase lock for door and materials to repair the basketball goal
- If not able to be repaired by someone on the board we will call someone out ASAP
- Pool door swipe system (Door King) needs to be repaired before pool season begins
- Pool company quotes are being looked at; decision will be made by March
- Opening and closing of pool
- Chemicals checked at least twice a week
- Cleaning of pool
- Clean bathrooms and empty trash once a week
- Finances reviewed
- Statements need to be sent out for past due accounts
- Board is looking into an accounting firm
- Jon has made contact with an electrician about the electric problems up front
New Business
- Board needs with recent changes
- Keeping current homeowner contact information—Jon
- Closing statements—Jon
- Walk around scheduling—switch off
- Quarterly Newsletters—Carissa
- Mailer preparation—Carissa
- Board unanimously approves purchase of printer and additional ink up to $500
- Pool room remodel

- Electrical upgrade/repair
- Repainting exterior
- Repair outside shower
- Adding insulation
- Repair water fountain
- Remove outside sink
- Adding a covered/shaded area or a pavilion
- Remove breezeway and expand bathrooms
- Questions to ask contractor:
- Does it need to be handicap accessible?
- Do we have space for a changing table?
- Board unanimously approves up to $10k for pool room remodel
