2018 Amenities Agreement


*** Violation of this agreement may result in additional fines AND/OR suspension***


Please initial next to each regulation.

_____ Per Georgia law, anyone under the age of 16 in the pool area must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). If someone under the age of 16 is found inside the pool area without direct adult the household’s pool access will be revoked for the season.

_____ No glass inside the pool or pool premise. $100 fine

_____ No solo swimming under the age of 18. $100 fine

_____ No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

_____ No pets or animals permitted in the pool or on the pool premises. $100 fine

_____ Always close pool gate behind you. $100 fine

_____ If you open an umbrella, please close it when you leave. Failure to close an umbrella will result in a fine. If it is damaged, you are responsible to replace the damaged umbrella (at a cost of up to $150) in addition to the $100 fine.

_____ A resident is allowed two guests per visit, unless pre-approved by the Board. Immediate family (spouse and children) are not considered guests. $50 fine

_____ Foul language will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave for the day.

_____ Please be mindful of others as this is a kid friendly pool area.

_____ Smoking is prohibited inside the pool fencing. Please smoke outside the pool fence and discard your butt in an appropriate receptacle. $100 fine AND/OR suspension.

_____ The pool/tennis courts close at 10:00 pm. If you are in this area after closing you will be fined $50 per person.

_____ No skateboards, bikes, tricycles, roller skates or anything on wheels are allowed in the tennis basketball or pool area. $50 fine

_____ No hanging on the basketball hoops, if the hoop breaks due to you or your guest misuse of the amenities, you will be responsible for the replacement hoop/backboard and a $100 fine.

_____ If you desire to use the pool area for a party, please contact the Board to reserve a date. There is a $50 refundable charge, provided the area is left clean.

_____ Unlocking the pool/tennis areas for non-residents will result in a $100 fine and revoked amenities privileges and access keys for the calendar year.

_____ Community members can’t provide a pool/tennis key to a non-resident, doing so will result in having the household’s amenities privileges and access revoked for the calendar year

_____ Tampering with the security cameras, or any other security device, will result in a fine of $500 and loss of amenities privileges and access for the calendar year.
