Important News
You should have received your information regard the next Hamby Place HOA Annual Meeting. It will be held on February 28, 2012 at Summit Baptist Church at 7 PM.
Please remember to make all payments to the new management company ACM!
I have also been give an announcement from one of the neighbors regarding an event that is open to high school senior women and their parents for those interested in sorority life when they go off to college in the fall. You can view this announcement by clicking here.
Neighborly Review
We have been trying to get everyone to take advantage of the parking in the common areas in order to alleviate the issues with clogging up the main entrance to the subdivision. This has not been going well. We have no alternative but to start tagging cars to be towed. These cars make it hard for the busses to get in the subdivision to pick up our children and take them to school so imagine how hard it would be for emergency vehicles to enter as well. We have to be more careful in choosing our places to park our vehicles as there are County codes as well as HOA rules to follow.
